EVE Control Chain — AGV domain. The robot is visual; the evidence chain is real. Every control intent is recorded, evaluated by deterministic rules, and sealed with a cryptographic proof before the result is returned. The control adapter or certified safety layer must enforce the physical stop — EVE records and verifies, it does not actuate.
